A mother so proud of her finely toned legs said she shows them off at any given opportunity – even if it means wearing heels to the supermarket.
Katarzyna Szumielewicz from Jedburgh, Scottish Borders transformed her appearance after becoming enamoured with the gym eight years ago.
The swimming instructor is now more confident than ever, even wearing a pair of high heels and a dress to go to Lidl, so that she can show off her hard-earned pins.
The bikini fitness competitor who boasts toned calves noted that people sometimes stare when she goes food shopping.
The 36-year-old told The Sun: ‘My husband says that when we walk in the shop people are watching us. When I wear a dress and high heels people stare, but I don’t care.

Explaining why she wears such glamorous shoes to complete mundane tasks, the mother said she likes the way heels make her legs look ‘great’.
Unfazed by the opinions of others, the bikini competitor enjoys strutting her stuff after learning how to walk in heels at fitness competitions.
Bikini fitness also focuses on hamstrings and glutes, meaning Katarzyna has developed enviably toned legs.
Katarzyna’s two children, Martina and Jan, are also her biggest supporters, often telling her how great her appearance is and how well she is doing.
‘My daughter keeps telling me that I look better than other mothers from school,’ she explained.
The swimming instructor feels it’s particularly for important for young girls to know that you can follow your aspirations whilst having a family and a career.
Katarzyna has bagged several medals at bikini fitness events, thanks to her strict exercise routine that sees her wake up at 4.30am to work out, and she’s gone from a size 12 to a toned size 6.

Katarzyna revealed that some people tell her she should be eating more and that she looks exhausted, while others have quipped that she will look like a man if she lifts weights that are too heavy.
However, Katarzyna hit back, stating that even if she does go to the gym five times a week, she does not look masculine.
